getting closer...
Another day of painting and we almost had this thing finished. Tomorrow should be the day. There are about 30 5th graders that have not gotten to paint yet, but they will all get a chance tomorrow:)
Another long but satisfying day of painting, and we’re so close to wrapping this up now. 🎨 It’s almost finished, and tomorrow really feels like the final push. We still have around 30 fifth graders who haven’t had their turn yet, but everyone will get a chance tomorrow. Moments like this remind me how much patience and planning matter—kind of like when you’re asking for help with dissertation proposal and waiting for all the pieces to come together.
That's awesome, the anticipation must be building! I bet those 5th graders are super excited. This reminds me of the joy kids get from creating crazy scenarios in Melon Playground , they just love experimenting and expressing their imagination freely. Finishing the painting will be a great accomplishment.
