got floor space?

Not me!

This is the unfortunate drawback to doing sculpture projects when I do not have adequate storage for them to dry until the class picks them up later in the week.

That said, the kids LOVE to do 3d projects. These are the lessons that most students are engaged in the hands on project and learning. Even the most challenging of students.

  1. Yes, I have the same issue. I also have the issue of seeing my classes only once a week so it takes a really long time to finish 3d projects. What's your schedule like if I may ask?

  2. I see classes once a week for 2 weeks in a row. Then they rotate to another art instructor for two weeks, then they are off track for two weeks, and then I see them again. So, if I plan poorly and start a sculpture project in that 2nd week like I did this time, I'll have the sculptures with me for 5 more weeks...

To top it off, our photo & clay instructors pull small groups out while I am meeting our upper grade classes, so if I attempt to do a two week project it is very "challenging".
